Short Term Accommodation
Respite
We understand the need for Short Term Accommodation can arise for a variety of reasons. Sometimes Respite can be planned for and at other times an emergency can arise, and accommodation is required urgently.
Our Short Term Accommodation is located on the lower floor and is separate from the Assisted Living area upstairs. Short Term Accommodation is available to NDIS participants. (other payment options may be available, please call to discuss). Short Term Accommodation is managed by Willow House Services.
Our Respite Home
It features 5 beautifully furnished, well appointed ensuited bedrooms, looking out onto gardens and a lovely lounge/dining area. It also has an accessible bathroom and kitchenette.
A relaxing space on the verandah is the perfect place to watch the world go by.

Each room has a TV, Foxtel, ceiling fan and ensuite.
Activity and Entertainment
We plan bus trips, art & craft days, Movie outings, BBQ’S in the park and more.
NDIS
Access to the Respite floor is available to participants of the NDIS (through Core Budget). Other payment options may be available.
Allied Health Specialist
While you recover, your team of Allied Health specialists can visit Willow House and continue your therapy.
Flexible Staffing
Staff are rostered on depending on the client’s care needs
1-1 support 24/7 or 1-4 support. This will be determined at the time of your application.
Experienced Support Staff
Staff are experienced and hold all relevant qualifications required by NDIS.
Flexible Arrangements
Stay for 1 night, a weekend, 14 days or longer.
Fully Inclusive
Covers accommodation, meals, personal care and activities.
Home Comforts
Free phone, free wifi, computer games, Playstation, air conditioning, ceiling fans, board games and puzzles.
